Our Story

Hello Darzi started with a simple observation: most tailor shops in Pakistan still run on paper. Customer names are scribbled in old registers. Measurements are written on loose slips that get lost. Orders are tracked by memory. And when a customer asks about their garment, the tailor has to hunt through piles of paper to find an answer.

We built Hello Darzi to change that. Our goal was to create a tailor shop management software that is powerful enough to handle all the complexity of a busy tailoring business, yet simple enough that anyone can use it — no computer training required.

Today, Hello Darzi helps tailor shops, boutiques, alteration businesses, and fashion designers across Pakistan manage their customers, orders, measurements, and finances from one clean, easy-to-use desktop app. Best of all, it works fully offline and starts completely free.

Why the Name "Hello Darzi"?

"Darzi" is the Urdu word for tailor. It is a term of respect and recognition for the skilled craftspeople who create the clothes we wear. We chose this name to honor the tailoring profession and to make it clear that this software is built specifically for the Pakistani tailoring community.

"Hello" represents our welcoming, approachable philosophy. We want every tailor who uses our software to feel confident and supported — like saying hello to a friend who is always ready to help.
