Hello Darzi ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our tailor shop management software and website.

2. Information We Collect

Hello Darzi is a Windows desktop app. How data works:

• Account auth: Sign-in email and password are verified through Supabase Auth (first sign-in needs internet). We use this only to authenticate your shop account.
• Shop data stays local: Customer names, phones, measurements, orders, and payment records you enter are stored in a local SQLite database on your computer — not uploaded as shop cloud data in v1.
• WhatsApp contact: If you message us for service or support, the information you send on WhatsApp is used to help you.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our software and services.
• Store your shop data locally and support backup and restore on your device.
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
• Send important notices about updates, terms, or policy changes.
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or misuse.

4. Data Storage and Security

Shop business data is stored locally on your computer using SQLite. We do not sync customer or order data to the cloud in v1. Account authentication uses Supabase Auth. Keep regular backups of your device and use the in-app backup/export tools.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized or aggregated data for analytics purposes. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. Data Retention

Shop data remains on your computer until you delete it or restore a backup. Closing or removing an Auth account does not automatically wipe the local SQLite database on your PC — use in-app tools or uninstall/remove local app data if you need a full wipe.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Export your data from the software at any time.
• Withdraw consent where we rely on your consent to process data.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the effective date.
