By downloading, installing, or using Hello Darzi ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Software.

Hello Darzi is a desktop application that provides tailor shop management tools including customer management, order tracking, measurement storage, financial reporting, and receipt printing. The Software is available for Windows 10 and above.

3. Account Registration

To use the Software, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Free and Paid Plans

The Software is offered with the following plans:

• Free Plan: Includes up to 50 customers with basic features at no cost.
• Pro Plan: Paid subscription with unlimited customers and all features.
• Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing for multi-branch and large-scale operations.

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Software. We do not claim any ownership over your customer data, business information, or any other content you create using the Software.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software.
• Distribute, sublicense, or resell the Software without our written permission.
• Use the Software to store or transmit malicious code or harmful content.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Software.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Software will immediately cease.
