Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Hello Darzi ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Software.

2. Description of Service

Hello Darzi is a desktop application that provides tailor shop management tools including customer management, order tracking, measurement storage, financial reporting, and receipt printing. The Software is available for Windows 10 and above.

3. Account Registration

Accounts are invite-only. We create your login after you contact us (WhatsApp). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. First sign-in requires internet for authentication; shop data then works offline on your device.

4. Free Trial and Professional

The Software is offered with:

  • Free Trial: Invite-only access to try Hello Darzi for your shop.
  • Professional: Paid plan arranged with us (currently via WhatsApp). In-app billing is not enabled in this version.

5. Payment and Billing

Professional fees are arranged directly with Hello Darzi. There is no automatic in-app subscription checkout in v1. Pricing may change with reasonable notice.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Software. We do not claim any ownership over your customer data, business information, or any other content you create using the Software.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software.
  • Distribute, sublicense, or resell the Software without our written permission.
  • Use the Software to store or transmit malicious code or harmful content.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Software.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Software will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Software.
